DECA U is Canada’s largest undergraduate association and a chartered association of DECA Inc, comprising more than 200 000 members worldwide! We are a group of passionate business leaders looking to constantly grow and challenge ourselves through thinking outside the box. DECA was established in 1946 and was mainly centered in the United States. Since, its inception it has expanded to several other nations including, Canada, Germany, Mexico, Myanmar and Guam.

At DECA U, we host case competitions and conferences to help our delegates develop critical thinking, communication, presentation, and other transferrable skills. Our cases allow delegates to take on the role of a corporate leader to tackle real-life business problems. It is also our goal to create a network for students to build new and valuable relationships. With this, we hope that DECA helps them catapult their careers and enhance their personal experiences.
